History
NVSL was founded by Boniface & Dorcas Gichuru-Gitau. The NVSL online mentorship program was officially launched on October 22nd, 2019, with the aim of preparing college students for the job market in Africa. We started with five students from various colleges and universities in Kenya. Little did with know that within a year we would grow to reach students in more than thirty colleges and universities across cities in Kenya. By the second year, we had more students enrolling including one from the nation of Rwanda. With time, we began to receive requests from young professionals to join our program. Our target group broadened from college students to including young professionals. To date we have had over two hundred students who have at least taken one course.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower the next generation of young elite leaders to become agents of change and innovation in Africa.
Vision
Our vision to empower and impacts young leaders across the continent of Africa. We believe that the full potential of Africa will be realize through the innovation and leadership of a new breed of servant-leaders
