Our mission is to empower the next generation of young elite leaders to become agents of change and innovation in Africa.

We offer a one year, two years and two and a half years programs.

The programs runs from September to May each year and also host an annual leadership conference in July. Aside from the conference, there are no classes between June and August.

Upon completion of all the course work requirements and assignments; for the one-year program you are awarded a bronze certificate of completion; for two years – a silver certificate and two and a half years – a gold certificate.

You need 10 courses for the one-year, 20 courses for two years: and 25 courses for the two and half years.

The courses offered will empower students to be competitive in the job market. They are also designed to develop students to become effective leaders that initiate change and innovation in the workforce. This will be achieved through helping students discover their true identity, purpose in life and the great potential in them.

Each course takes four weeks with 30 – 40 minutes lessons posted once a week mostly on Fridays.

All classes are currently posted in a WhatsApp class by each coach. Students submit assignments and engage in class discussions through the same platform. However, for students who are not on WhatsApp they can receive training and submit assignments via email.
*We plan in the near future to transition from the WhatsApp platform to an online learning management system.

Since this is a mentorship program, our focus is on training students to become competent in the skills taught. Therefore, all assignments are practical based. Coaches seek to see how students apply what they learn. The workload already factors in that students have college work therefore it is very considerate and manageable. Aside from the training lessons from the coaches, students will engage in group discussions and independent assignments.

The program mainly targets university / college students and young professionals; however, we do have exceptions for astute secondary and post-secondary students that meet other requirements.

The program registration is $2 per year and each course costs $5. This means for the one-year program it costs $50; two years program $100 and the two years and a half program $ 130. At the moment, we have limited full scholarships that cover all the above costs for those who apply early. Once your application is approved, you will receive another link for the scholarship application.
